Preparation:
Roast the almonds in a dry pan until light brown. Peel the grapefruits and oranges including the white membrane. Cut into wedges and remove the skin. Collect the juice of the freshly squeezed lemon and lime and stir in the sugar. Place the wedges of the oranges and grapefruits on a four plates and pour the juice sugar mixture over the fruit. Finally add the almonds. This is can be enjoyed as a compote or as a pancake filling.
