N&m: What makes your product and your region special?
Eder: "The avocado is an important source of vitamins A, C, E, thiamine (vitamin B1), calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and other minerals, which make it a natural "multivitamin" and very good tasting. Moreover, avocado pulp has the extraordinary property of helping to eliminate "bad" cholesterol, i.e. low density lipoproteins. This fruit contains high levels of healthy Omega 3 fatty acid along with other minerals and vitamins, having also the advantage that it can be consumed raw, either with salad, vegetables or even alone, facilitating its adaptation to the routine diet. The region of Peribán de Ramos, Michoacán, has an important participation in the production of this fruit, due to its location and climate, which favors obtaining avocados of different varieties and excellent quality."
