Derrière Bionorde se cache grosso modo l’idée de « mettre en commun nos forces » ce qui signifie qu’en travaillant ensemble nous sommes plus à même de répondre aux besoins des consommateurs modernes.
En l’an 2000, avec mon père Flavio, mon frère Daniele et ma tante Franca, nous avons mis sur pied notre propre ferme biologique (Bionorde). Aujourd’hui, notre exploitation couvre 15 hectares et se divise en 4 parcelles. Deux parcelles sont utilisées comme pépinière pour les jeunes plantes et arbres et, sur les terres restantes, nous cultivons différentes variétés de pommes et de poires biologiques ainsi que des pêches, des kiwis et des citrouilles.
Notre exploitation comprend également un entrepôt spécial où nous sélectionnons, nettoyons, traitons, emballons, refroidissons et stockons tous ces merveilleux produits.
En 2003, avec mon père Flavio et ma cousin Chiara, nous avons lancé Bionorde.
