Preparation
Wash chicory and apples and cut into small pieces. Peel oranges and cut into pieces. Put chicory, apples, oranges and raisins in a large bowl.
For the dressing, mix cream, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, acacia honey and mustard and season to taste.
Poor the dressing over the salad, toss well. Roast pine nuts and sprinkle over the salad.
