Chinese cabbage with mandarin

A fresh and healthy salad

Preparation

Cut the cheese in dices and peel the mandarin.  Mix the dressing, yoghurt, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl.  Add the mandarin parts  and cabbage and mix well.  This salad also makes a great filling for a wrap.

400 grams of Chinese cabbage (sliced)

100 grams of Gouda or Edam cheese

2 organic mandarins

3 tablespoons of salad dressing

1 tablespoon of yoghurt

1 tablespoon of vinegar

1 tablespoon of sweet soya sauce

Salt and Pepper
