This smoothie gives you an energy boost for breakfast or as a snack

Blend everything until it is a smooth mix. Add some organic apple or orange juice if don’t want the smoothie to be too thick.

“If you want the juice from the passion fruit without the seeds then press everything through a sieve or use a citrus press.”

1 mediumbanana, peeled
500 gfresh baby spinach
200 mlcoconut water
