Organic grilled pineapple & ham skewer

Perfect for a summer BBQ!

Make a marinade using the sugar, vinegar, oil and mustard.
Cut the peppers, pineapple and ham in dices and place onto the skewer.
Add a rich layer of marinade and grill for 6 - 8 minutes, rotating the skewer regularly.

1 tbl sp.of olive oil
1 tbl sp.of mustard
1organic pineapple
 cured ham
1 - 2organic peppers
 wooden skewers
