On a recent trip to South Africa, some Nature & More employees had the pleasure of attending a lecture by Prof. Mark Swilling, Academic Director of the Sustainability Institute at the School of Public Leadership of Stellenbosch University.  His talk was focused on the benefits of sustainable practices in the agricultural sector and, more specifically, their relation to soil health and world hunger.
